Our Founder
Marck Hengello Villar founded Xtelarz in 2014 to provide VoIP services to small and medium-sized call centers in Metro Manila, Philippines. With continued success and growth, Xtelarz expanded to lease seats to local partners for contact center operations. In 2017, Xtelarz was officially established as XTELARZ Information Technology Consultancy and recognized by the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines. In 2020, Xtelarz was allowed to incorporate as XTELARZ IT SOLUTIONS LLC in Wyoming, USA, offering premium, tailored SIP termination and origination services to both landline and mobile destinations across the United States and Canada.
